		Penn Cove Mussels are produced by the west coast’s oldest mussel farm and delivered to our door every Wednesday on their truck.

Careful handling is essential for a product as delicate and perishable as live mussels. Because their shelf-life is limited we order only enough mussels each week to sell through Saturday afternoon. They can, however, be prepared and consumed through the weekend with complete satisfaction. We prefer to run out of perishable products rather than raise our price to cover the cost of unsold portions. If possible place orders for mussels in advance not later than Tuesday of the current week. Mussels are not available on Monday or Tuesday.
